This type of talking therapy helps employees to gain perspective and restore balance in their lives. The therapist listens attentively and gently encourages finding solutions to difficulties.

Trauma Support
Supporting individuals who have experienced direct or vicarious trauma, where the trauma affects them indirectly. Trauma can present itself in many forms, and therapists collaborate with individuals to recognise and comprehend these emotions.

Group Emotional Support
Emotional support provides individuals with the opportunity to experience a facilitated, reflective space to share stresses and strains of their role with peers, thus enabling learning in a safe environment.

Our expert team of therapists deliver sessions over the phone or video call via Teams. Online self-guided therapy is also available via the My Rightsteps Hub.

What therapy reporting is provided?
If requested, we can send you an end of therapy report which does not contain any personal information about the client. An example end of therapy report is available on request.
What qualifications are held by your team?
All of our therapists are BACP accredited. As we are part of Turning Point, we are rigorous in our quality and assurance processes.
What is the average waiting time for therapy?
You will receive an initial assessment within 1 week. Currently, the average waiting time for counselling is 1-2 weeks, and for CBT sessions is 4-6 weeks. This is subject to change at any time and is only a guide.
What happens if therapy isn't appropriate at this time?
Our goal is to ensure your employees receive the right care at the right time. If therapy isn't appropriate, our team will help identify alternative resources or support options which may be better suited.
