Types of therapy

Our specialist team of in-house therapists provide a range of talking therapies that are tailored to the needs of your people. We can work with you to understand what those needs and how your team can benefit. 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

    This type of talking therapy is used help to identify any unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving that may be contributing to difficulties and replace these with more helpful ones – contributing to better wellbeing in the long term.

  • Person-Centred Counselling

    This type of talking therapy helps employees to gain perspective and restore balance in their lives. The therapist listens attentively and gently encourages finding solutions to difficulties.

  • Trauma Support

    Vicarious trauma occurs when individuals experience trauma indirectly through another person’s experiences. It can manifest in a variety of ways, and therapists work with individuals to identify and understand these feelings.

  • Group Emotional Support

    Emotional support provides individuals with the opportunity to experience a facilitated, reflective space to share stresses and strains of their role with peers, thus enabling learning in a safe environment.
