Want to know more?
Tell us a bit more about yourself and what you’re hoping to achieve for your teams and we will arrange an in-depth demonstration of our solutions.
It was useful to get together with other MHFA’s who I may not know or interact with daily. We were able to share useful hints, tips and offer support to one another.
Frequently asked questions
What's on your mind?
We understand that each organisation comes with a unique set of needs or challenges, but we have answered some common questions for you.
Why is this support important?
By ensuring your MHFA's have the appropriate skills and knowledge they can work safely and effectively. Our programme also enables you to manage related organisational risks.
How long do the sessions last?
It varies, each 1:1 session lasts 50 minutes and group sessions are allocated 90 minutes due to the number of attendees.
How easy is it to implement?
Very! You will work with your account manager to ensure a smooth process and when you are up and running, your teams can book their sessions online.
What reporting will we receive?
You will receive regular updates with the number of attendees to each session, key themes that have been identified and any other relevant information.
Are these sessions confidential?
This service isn’t fully confidential. We have an obligation to update you as an employer on key themes, attendance, and risks. Specific issues relating to individuals will remain confidential unless a safeguarding concern is identified.
We have an EAP, why should we also put this support in place?
Implementing an objective support structure for the Mental Health First Aider will provide an additional layer of quality assurance to the business. EAPs often do not provide this level of curated support.

We’d love to hear from you to discuss your organisation’s needs and how we can help in more detail.
