It was helpful to reflect on and write down how menopause is affecting me. It was also helpful to discover different relaxation strategies. The hot flush and night sweats log was really useful too.
Frequently asked questions
What's on your mind?
We understand that each organisation comes with a unique set of needs or challenges, but we have answered some common questions for you.
Who is this support suitable for?
This solution has been designed for people experiencing problematic symptoms of the menopause, such as hot flushes and night sweats. This solution also supports users with low mood and anxiety related to the menopause.

Self-guided support involves working through modules at your own pace without real-time interaction. Asynchronous support allows interaction with a therapist over time.

Is this support evidence based?
Yes, we have worked in collaboration with Prof. Myra Hunter, Clinical Health Psychologist at King’s College, and world renowned expert on menopause, to develop this exclusive support.
Do you capture end-user feedback?
